The CENTURY 21 Davenport & Associates story began at the end of World War II when Fred Davenport, Jr. returned home from serving his country. He started Davenport & Associates as a real estate company which would later be passed down through his family.

Fred began his career as a mortgage banker conducting business throughout the Midwest. He tackled many business ventures during his real estate career, including opening a Sioux City bank, starting up a national insurance company and guiding thousands of real estate transactions.

In 1979, Fred turned over the day-to-day operations to his son, David Davenport, SIOR, CCIM, CPM. Since then, the business has grown dramatically, particularly in brokerage.

Today, CENTURY 21 Davenport & Associates successfully meets the commercial real estate needs of our clients. We offer more than just a real estate transaction.
